The key thing is get somebody that really knows the business, yes. And to get the cream of the crop is somebody that's got experience integrating into the business. You can find them. Lot of those people are outsorced already. So if youve managed large scale integrations before, you'll hire externally for kind of flex city. Those people that have some tenure in those organizations would fill that role really well.
