The CIA Is Looking to Recruit Russians
The CIA's deputy director of intelligence made his first public appearance this week. He used the opportunity to say that the agency is looking to recruit Russians who are unhappy with the war in Ukraine. The U.S. wants Congress to approve a $37.7 billion aid package during the lame duck period before the next Congress comes in. That would bring total US spending on the war to about $105 billion.
