What Is the Smallest Universal Constructor?

We are like a uni versal constructor and then some. The only thing that limits us from, let's say, constructing from sand people like us is the set of instructions. A universa constructor can't actually do anything. It can only do those things for which someone has a programme to give it to do. So long as you can come up with the programme, it'll be able to compute it for you. But in neither case of general intelligence or universal constructor, have we ever built a device that is itself able to do the job of generally explaining stuff,. Being creative generally constructing stuffaco we can only do have devices that do specific things.
