Harry Mulanjorie spoke with Tom Catech, managing director at net group investments in the latest installment of the next big trade. We're talking all about commercial real estate, but Tom did sort of discuss his overall macro outlook. Let's have a listen to that and we'll talk on the other side. So our base case is that we've already seen peaking inflation certainly in the US. We start to see peak inflation in UK and Europe. And we will continue to see a slowing, but continued upward cycle in terms of base rates. But that is slowing and we will start to see that moderate and move to a more competitive environment from central banks.
