Do You Have to Bring Cash to the Table to Buy a Condenser?
You have to disconnect all the utilities, so water, electric, gas, air conditioning. You don't want it sitting out there in the new location. Those condensers are like, a couple of thousand so so, ok, they're mobile, but don't move it if you don't have to. I imagine that's one reason why the original owner would sell it too,. as ike, well, we don't want to move it either, so it's good o sit here. Yes, usually they don't wantto move it because it's kind of a household to do it.
