How Procurement Changed My Business Fundamentally
I started to be really deliberate about what programs can I put in place that help companies talk about what they do again. So we basically became a content creation agency and a distribution channel for those, but with a team who all have procurement practitioner experience. We wanted to get experiences and advocates and case studies so the other providers would start to say, Hey, you know, after procurement does that, maybe I want to work with them as well.
