The taboo subject of salaries. We know so much about people around us, but the one thing we don't know is what they're worth or how much they make. An open salary is something that only a few companies i've seen do. If companies were to be sharing all this information fully publicly, i think there may be an argument that companies should have more clarity and transparency over how they pay people. But just it strikes me as the surface, mostly a bad idea.
