Huoyan Armas was born into a Mexican-American family and an impoverished El Paso neighborhood. A few years after losing his hands, he left for California. When he came back, claiming he'd been in movies, he was transformed. Jay claimed that he had 2,000 agents around the country. He had zero. Gary found that the Federal Aviation Association had never issued JJ a pilot's license.
