Outward-Facing Is Going Out to Them Not Them Coming to You

If you don't have a ministry that's outward facing in ways that you're intentionally going after students and this day and age, you are not going to reach to them where you go to them. I love what you're talking about, like staffing for max, not for the minimum, just like, hey, like anticipate growth. And then also care for retaining the students that you have in your ministry.
