How to Be a Good Race Engineer

For me it's actually a key qualification for a good race engineer I would say to keep calm and it's a very very difficult part of the job. Not sure if you can really learn it from your natural from a DNA you have to be already a kind person but obviously we get some coaching in the last few years how to behave in very critical situations. What the people forget that during a race there are typically 10, 20 people talking to me sometimes that's the same time. The people in the background sometimes are also excited they are nervous but for me it's important or it's important that I don't transfer this excitement to the driver. It's an interesting question to be honest.
