Hyenas, What Was Going On?

i went on a trip to ethiopia recently, back in february, slast, early march. And i'm part of the tribe that i'm from is called is is, in a city called herab. There has been this unspoken rule between the hyenas and the civilization in that city where they don't attack people. Ad, this has been going on for over 500 years. I wouldn't feed hienas anywhere else, but that city, b it is like a tradition, a huttty tradition. It's all funting games in that sense.
