Use somebody that spends a lot of time swimming beforeor in a warm up pool, or your athletes kind of ready to go. Oyou take it one by one. But then you've really got to be very specific about what different athletes eat and how they get there. Some people don't want to work very hard, so i love heart rate work. That's where you're controlling it hypoically. So, ah, maybe 600 yards, meters could be kind of everyone doing something together.
