What Are Some Successful Sub-Stacks?

Jesse: Most of my content is free. I think there's a little bit of people that are just like, hey, I'm in the position where I can afford this and stuff that Jesse's done in the past has been really helpful. And then now I'm kind of thinking of it as like a SaaS product. Like, well, how can I improve this experience and how can I add value to it? So that it's worth it for people to sign up. He says he doesn't want someone reading his newsletter for six months to be like "Oh, now all he does is talk about the paid thing"
