Some cyber insurance companies have really disrupted this market. They've brought a whole new product to life that was interesting, but now they've created this new opportunity for businesses to get coverage and an exposure that is growing. Management liability in particular, we looked at this and said, it's been around for 40 years. It needs to exist. There's some triage we can do around the underwriting process and there's enhancements we can make. But it's really about partnering with a carrier that's established or figuring out where do we fit in this big value chain? We're getting to almost the level of expectations that people have about nearly every other industry," he says.
