Do You Have a Data Driven Approach to Hiring?

Too few companies that i've seen and worked with have real data driven approach to hiring, where they are going back. And you'r creatinga score card based on these attributes are important. A score card on could include an assessment score. You can test communication skills, and youre written skills and speaking skeals. Then, bada, create a score card and then say, look, we won't hire anybody below a certain aggregate score on our score card. Does that work? Right? Has this worked for youi guess it's too few companies i see that actually take that step of quanifying tracking. We hire these attributes. These attributes actually correlate into successful sales.
