The Importance of Equal Female Representation in Scientific Research

Sarah Gilbert is co-creator of the Oxford AstraZeneca vaccine. She said she's tired of the label female scientists and hasn't faced any misogyny in her career. When asked what she would change overnight for women, Sarah suggested appointing much more junior female members to those committees.
