The FBI's Investigation of the Missing $36,000
$63,123 was seized from the safe of Browns accomplice. Money had to be taken to the evidence fault in the court house. 10 days later it was discovered that a bag of the money was missing. The FBI conducted their investigation and interviewed everyone involved. Dion Smith and Walter Poindexter were arrested on May 13, 2003. Both were charged with trafficking heroin.
