We're obviously trying to broaden things out from just the the model from ten, 15 years ago, wheres for forty to 50 year white guys. Were looking for r more diverse ideas. And diverse founders don't always have the same traditional background that a the forty to 50 yerold guys are looking for. We've also launched, will announce shortly, our first class of what we call the e new york city founders fellowship. That's a programme where we're trying to find people not in the traditional start up ecosystem, but people who are in working in industry or elsewhere.
