Stewardess in the Sixties
Becoming a stewardess was like a dream job for young women at that time. And, you know, they didn't really thinkany thing of it. I interviewed so many women who had applied to be stewardesses in the sixties and seventies,. Every one of them, at their interview, somebody made them get up, turn around, walk across the room, walk back just so they could check out their body. Not one of them thought it was unusual or creepy in any way.
