Richard Ramirez was known as the Night Stalker. He murdered a 9-year-old girl and hung her body from a drain pipe in 1984. A 2009 DNA match determined he was responsible, but authorities didn't realize it at the time. It's now commonly accepted that she was the first of his victims.
