You have your hindrances, like we said before. The things you take a few of to make your character hard to role play as. In exchange for more points to buy edges, which is the stuff you get better. You could take a major hindrance and get one really good edge. Some of these things are major or minor hindrances. A Talisman will mean that your powers, if you have magic, come from the talisman.
