The first week that you start, the entire first week is just about discovery. What is the problem that I've got? What's causing this problem? Yeah. Where is my time being spent? And then I'll take it you and identify the crap that you're doing that it's a waste of time. Usually within within a week, within a week or two weeks, we've normally cut them down to 40 hours. The next 20 hours to cut them down usually takes another month or two.
