It was right after we read the 10x rule by Grant Cardone. It's this 72 unit property is in Oklahoma City metro area. We bought it in September of last year, so of 2022. And that one we did in a syndication model. So there's a lot of potential for this property, but it needs a lot of work to get to that point.
