The Price Anderson Act and the Ukraine Issue

I'm all for nuclear power if they can make it safe, but right now it is literally the most expensive way to boil a pot of water that has ever been devised. No utility in the world will build a nuclear power plant without vast public subsidies by the taxpayer. It's not hippies and tied to t-shirts who are saying it's dangerous. It's guys on Wall Street with suits and ties. Of course, this is too dangerous. This is so dangerous that they can't get an insurance policy.
