The Importance of Audience and Engagement in the Creator Economy

I was just at Harvard last week giving a lecture and I was telling them there. It's insane to me that people are still doing that. Like, let the, let the creator do it. Work with them. Speak to them like they're a human being. They've built their audience. Say, hey, we've got this product. How would you market it to your audience? Let's see what that is. But they're still going to spend money in different ways. The Tarte trip is a great example. Do you love it or hate it? I think it's genius. I think they're so smart."
