At Aqwya, we were able to reduce lead time by 50% and ticket throughput by 40%. But on the engineering side, there was a big problem during like 2018, 2019. There was a single process for releasing code to the Flexion product. The amount of time it took from the moment that code was committed to the moment thatcode was in prod for a particular release was 80 days. That's just not a good situation. We wanted to make things better.
