I think if I were Christian, I'd be at least an inclusivist. But it does seem to me that scripturally, we have good reason to think that those who make it to heaven are those who do the will of the Father. You might find that globally there isn't actually a geographical distribution problem because people are kind of equally able to do that regardless of where they are on the planet. If Jesus is the radically compassionate figure that Christians betray him to be, one way to make him even more compassionate is to say that he died for the sins and did it for them anyway.
