Glenn: I see a lot of stuff on twitter i didn't used to be on twitter but now i've done this podcast i think on the twitter can be very helpful it can be helpful but also you get in the feedback lives. Glenn: One thing is it's not only you see something and go hang on is that quite right or not so someone with a whole ton of followers like hundred thousand said resistance training is the most important thing people can do. He says as you get older you really have to focus on the strength training as well because you just don't want to become frail.
