I was thinking about, what are some of the approaches that you can use to kind of go through either an audit or what i've seen from a design perspective. So maybe is there anything else you can elaborate on there, like, beyond doing kind of this initialin tory of things? What other factors would you be considering or even like, incorporating for tests to validate, like, the opportunities for improvement? Yes, i think a friction log is a good place to begin, because i think it maps out the journey and, like where people are struggling. And it kind of does do that out it pretty well. I'd also recommend just looking at other examples such as user on board
