Roxanne O'Neill quit her job in traditional finance to get into crypto. She says she was frustrated by the lack of innovation, politics and incentives at work. It took a long time for her to figure out how to set herself up to be able to take risks with cryptos. "It's really hard to take risks if you have no safety net," she says. 'I always think about it is more like everyone needs a safety net too"
