The idea of India having an entire national program oriented towards thorium and then seeing them sort of step away from that as soon as they get access to more uranium is important. We need to understand what is it people are getting out of nuclear and does that require thorium? Does it benefit from thorium? I think the clean core thorium energy has made a clear business case, he says.
