There's a shortage of commercial property in London. Most places are 125 pound a square foot now, so you've got to be talking in 1.2501. Half a cheer is going to cost you 1.750 million - that's touching London. You have to pay great regardless. I think it was more, it was like putting 60 to 80K rent to a landlord when that could have gone towards a mortgage that completely acquired. Absolutely.You should be doing that.
