Building Track on Spec Is Not Always a Bad Idea

The title of the game comes from the fact that you when you build a slice of track, it's yours until such time as somebody decides to use it. Sometimes a route might only end up netting you four points, case depending, it could end up neting you as many as 10. It seemed like a very easy flow charty type game. It didn't feel that way to me. There is enough randomness and enough system turnover that I'd be, I think this is the kind of thing we could discover with subsequent plays.
