One of the more common questions I get whether you know through audiences when I am speaking or emails or messages I get is does it make sense to buy a building. The answer that is often an appropriate answer my first answer is it depends on a lot of things so let's kind of unpack that  and what can our listeners use and adapt in their own circumstances?
