Prohibit inspectors from performing required inspection item inspections, on any maintenance task for which the inspector provided on the job train to the mechanic who accomplish the task. Use actual weight instead of average weights in weight and balance computations. Evenjust smaller planesmay should be used because they have a smaller margin for air you would think. The counter argument is that it might slow things down.
