The Hardest Part of All of This Is the Knowledge Gap
In the last year reaching that point now I can say that exact plan I kind of want to do for the next 20 years and if I'm doing that I'm gonna be 46 years old and damn good shape. The hardest part is recognizing like oh this is it like this is actually what I just have to do all the time, which is mentally hard. It's almost like you have to untrain yourself with fitness business like relationships everything comes on those four steps.
