Seizure Prophylaxis for Non-Traumatic ICH Patients

There's no strong recommendation that can be made for seizure prophylaxis so what are we doing? We decided to start with anybody who has a low bar hemorrhage irrespective of the underlying etiology. If any patient is undergone a craniotomy not scuba not minimally invasive cotton evacuation but a craniotomy then we will continue seizure prophylaxis for seven days.
