The Plants We Think We're Domesticating

Crowding left an immediate and legible mark on the archaeological record. The domesticated plants have continued along this path of domestication, a lot of them can no longer thrive without our help. Most of our food production is centred around that iso. We can't just suddenly switch and just be like al eno ano grow wheat and corn and potatoes any more.
