Kathy hokell is kind of buther about a, the fact that the courts overturned her masked mandate. The overturning is stayed, though, pending appeal. So to try and save face, the speculation is that she's going to continue the mandate while the appeal is stayed. New york did not make an announcement. Does not have an endate.
