The e on's final destination in the cave was a waterfall near another massive chamber. As the group made their way, the ground became increasingly slick and david grew anxious. He worried that he was going to fall and re injure a shoulder he had dislocated a half dozen times in his past. And then i looked at that waterfall, and i remember thinking very consciously, i do not want this feeling. I don't want this feelingan these fears are in my head. They're not real. Even talking about it now, it feels emotional, because it was so beyond me. It felt like something died, like i left something, i kind of exorcised something that i didn't want
