Reverse Drops - What Is Your Solution to Recovering Muscles?

Roxanne Jones: What is what is kind of your solution to that? How do you generally handle those in your own training or that of clients? Yeah. I think when you're doing reverse drop sets or LinkedIn supersets, I would almost always recommend staying pretty shy of failure on that first set. But if recovery is a concern, then I would always keep like somewhere between one and four reps in the tank on the first set. That typically means that muscle groups like chest, triceps, quads and hamstrings don't respond super well to enhancing that latent position even more. Because it's already been enhanced.
