The Different Types of Apocalypse
There are certain things that are common among almost all of them, but there are some striking differences. One kind of apocalypse entails entirely a prophet who goes up to the heavenly realm and sees what's happening on earth. You have other apocalypses where the prophet doesn't actually go up to heaven, but they're shown by a set of visions that are symbolic.
