How to Build a Subscription Model

I think the key to churn as a subscription company is usually like SaaS is obviously your one product now. As long as your LTVs, CAC ratio works out over like six months or a year, and you know the churn, I think the biggest problem would be churned. And then suddenly your numbers as a business don't make sense. It's ultimately a value add. Like if you're adding value beyond the pop price point of the subscription. That's why I think you have to not compete on price.
