The Power of Uncomfortable
If you're feeling stagnant, sometimes you only have to change one thing in your life to feel really fulfilled. And an example of short term gain would be avoiding something that is uncomfortable like a whole bunch of things that are good for you. All of that is then going to benefit you later on and it's going to be long term gain. It should be uncomfortable. If it's uncomfortable in the now, it's likely going to be comfortable in the future.
