The Future of Chatbots

There's a lot of hand wringing and fear about this technology, not just opportunity, but also concern that it will throw people out of work. I do think this is going to be though more of a driver of productivity and enhancement for people to do their jobs better instead of a replacing workforce. And so those high-skilled jobs are the ones that are going to see a very big uptick in kind of the productivity across labor forces.
