All three acquisitions were essentially buying a book of business. So we did inherit and retain most of the employees. I feel like, you know, those are can be great deals in like the second half of your hold period before you exit. And so it was a real compelling, credible story to potential buyers that we could say, okay, we've grown organically continuing to do that. But now we're also credibly growing,you know, inorganically. It was a good story.
