Stephane: In defence of african governments, they've been handed a mess to make the best situation out of. Hannely: We're wot almost two years into this pandemic, and africa still doesn't have the vaccines at once. And in south africa, they are really now looking at what are they call problems or issues to be addressed. So i think it's realy going to make a difference if people get the vaccines in their arms - that's the only way to stop further variance.
