The Differences Between Private and Public Doctors

Singapore's healthcare system is more complicated than climate change in my experience. You have GPs who are private and you've got public clinics too that are run by the government, but they're not a big wait time. If I like my doctor or I think he provides better care so I'm willing to pay out of pocket, I'll go to the polyclinic. It's kind of like the GP is, you have to pay full rates, but you get faster treatment.
