The Unconditional Love of God

I do not think we should compromise the love of God by saying well God doesn't really love the non-elect. It seems to me that the testimony of the New Testament is that God loves the world. And as the Scripture says he's not willing that any should perish but that he wants all persons to come to a knowledge of himself. So I think his love is unconditional. Now salvation has conditions on it. That's true. But that's not to say that God's love is conditional for that person.
