How to Find the Answer to a Customer's Question

Think of a report as like a pyramid. The wide part is open, and you can kind of narrow down to what you're what you're looking for. So there's different methods on how you kind of cater that design experience so that people can find one answer or self discover answers. And i think that' you have to at least have that somewhat in your mind about how you're bilding reports, right? That's part of, ah, do you want people to self discover answers, or you're just trying to present information? Or what is the action you're taken out there?
